There's an error in the solution derived from a Karnaugh Map featured in Volume 4 > Chapter 9 > Encoder. Specifically, the error is for the answer to D4, see picture.

The Karnaugh Map itself is correct, but the equation is not. The part highlighted in green should be I1I0 not I2I1.

This error carries through to the next sections including the circuit and ladder diagrams.

Perhaps a footnote would be easiest fix?
