Is it possible to connect an EMOSFET as a constant current source circuit ?
To make it harder, is there 1Ampere, fractional Ohm R-on, dual gate emosfets ?
If one gate is used in performing the regulation; could the other control enable/disable ?
I believe can be done with a dmosfet; is there a dual gate, 1A, fractional Ohm R-on dmosfet ? All this at 2.5V
? or am beyond expectations ?
