Gentlemen,

I have quarantined the two identical threads from an individual seeking to fill a job position.

This is a new wrinkle that I don't recall having encountered. I don't know if it conforms to our usage rule so I have avoided deleting it until I get feedback from my fellow admin/mods.

It's an advert so violates our rules. There are other (better) channels to go down if someone wishes to fill a position.
