"Hello,

I'm new to EMI filter design, and I'm interested in learning more about filters. I'd like to experiment with EMI filters in LTspice to reduce common-mode noise and differential noise. If anyone could provide an LTspice model, I would appreciate it. I intend to modify the parameters and conduct experiments."

also how to simulate this type of filter. Anyone can help.

Can't you just use two coupled inductors as a common-mode filter and play with the parameters? Check out the Help for inductors/transformers.

How can we make a model of the power supply that will generate the noise. I mean input noise to the filter

You need to know what is the frequency and amplitude of the noise you are trying to suppress.
There is no universal power supply model for that.
