OK . I understand.
First do this test:
Connect the two inputs of the AD620 together and connect them to 0V, the AD620 output voltage should be almost zero volts.

If the output is zero volts, now check the output of the second OPA, it should also be close to zero volts.
Let us know what you measure.

Sure and whats about the +VS and -VS should i leave them without supply or provide them too?

i have checked the output of all ICs AT INPU =0.5V
Following are the results:
AD620 output=123mV
and output of OPs = 0V NOW PLEASE GUIDE ME FURTHER,,

Sir I've already tested my ckt and attached to my body as well and captured the following signal using INA106. but unfortunately I burn my ic and now its not providing signal using AD620 i am worried if is it
possible that due to burn IC , the other components are also affected because it was attached to the circuit.


and I am studying Electronic Engineering.
