I used sbl-1 mixer for decreasing signal frequency from 3.170 MHz to 10 kHz. The generated signal has high noise level. The 3th order butterworth filter was used to eliminate noise and a lot of noise was reduced, but there is still the noise shown in the attached film. How can i eliminate this noise?

Please help me.

Thank you

That looks like AC 50/60 hertz noise ? Is that your main issue ?
Grounding, Hi Z node pickup comes to mind.

Schematic ?

The short answer is that you can't. You can reduce the noise relative to the "signal", but you cannot eliminate it. BTW, a 3rd order filter is...just a bit short of impressive. Pay attention to suggestions, don't dismiss them out of hand with no evidence.
