Not exactly. Won't you be constantly looking over your shoulder? There are people who cache copies of pages before you can ahh.. "fix them". If I were you I'd take the whole damn site down.

You're not really helping anyone. If authors cannot be compensated for their work they will stop publishing and we will all be poorer for it.
