Good evening to all.
I'm constructing a 1GHz frequency meter from an existing circuit. I have al components except for the 10100 ECL chip (3-input quad nor gate), which is a very high speed chip. I've been able to find the others, but I suspect they're obsolete. Could anyone recommend high speed alternatives?

Just incase your not aware.,
There are different ecl families, which have different voltages of logic and are not compatible to each other.
Hence the comment on lines of might require a bit of a re design.

Yes I understood that… I would have checked anyway. That’s why I was hoping to stick to one family, in this case the alternative MC family. Thanks for your reply…
