Hello;

I need to make a LINE LEVEL Echo unit.
Im crap with Audio Circuits, so I need some advice.
This is a relatively simple circuit, whatcha think?:

There is a dedicated chip to make this effect, but as its been made for Karoke purposes, its mike in only.
There are boards available for this, but they HAVE HAVE BEEN MADE SO POORLY, IT TAKES LONGER TO PREP THE BOARD THAN MAKING A CIRCUIT FROM SCRATCH.

If you pick this one, how do I make it line level in??

Which one do you think is better??

The one using the PT2399. I've used the PT2399 and it works well.
The other circuit has no delay element, so I fail to see how it can do echo.

fyi.
that first link provides no delay or echo,
all it seems to do is amplitude modulate the input signal.
