?!possibly!? -- a voltage gain of 500 . . . could be a near threshold , low gate charge mosfet with high gm (probably unlikely due drain gate capacitance ← i couldn't find a sufficient gm one such)
--or--
BjT with the pos. feedback from its emitter (but it should not insert the current (~AC) to the voice/detector coil . . .
?? using a micro power zener breakdown region ~ maybe iR-LED at FW current ?? -- to reach the required gain (if i figure out how . . .)

Update : tested at LTspice ~ couldn't push it over gain 100x ?
2 - different circuits with similar gain

How about "with only one transistor package? An MPSA13 darlington device, if they are still available. If the application uses the differential input ((XLR) connector then phantom power might be available, giving a lot more choices.

Since you have already defined both the amplifier and the supply voltage, I wish you "good luck", and suggest looking in the analog amplifiers section of "SchematicsForFree" website for a suitable circuit.
Certainly this sounds a whole lot like a schoolwork assignment. There is a school-work section as part of this site, and this is not it!
Can the TS explain to us the reason for those constraints??
