Hi. We are doing DVDS Test for our Mosfet Devices but I am not sure how this test is done. Can anyone explain how this test is done. Thanks

 

Did you mean Id vs Vds instead of DVDS?

Thanks for the response. I can't explain the methodology for this test since the test solution is already complete when we got it, we just plug our device and test it. As I have observed with this test, we measure Vds when the device temperature is in the normal state then we heat up the device and measure again the Vds.
