If a new battery doesn't fix it and none of the ranges work then unless it is an expensive model bin it and buy a new one. They are available very cheaply these days.

Yes it was work perfect
I make a circuit to use it instead of the battery from 220 ac voltage to 9 volt dc
I used a transformer and bridge and capacitor and i still work on this circuit instead of battery of the multimeter then it get this -

Does it work if you put the battery back in instead?

If not, then maybe your device gave you more than 9v output and it broke your meter. For the future, be sure your device has a way to limit output voltage. Maybe when there was no load it built up more voltage than you expected.
