It sounds like you know what you want,
1) Full HD display w/HDMI connectors.

Buy two Rasberry Pi mini computers and each will drive one screen.

Use communication between the two to start the video at the same time.

I mean not to do screen I want use an old smartphone screen in vr glases but I have only screen how I use it ?

 

They sale boards that you hook the phone Lcd to and add your LCD from a phone.
There on ebay too you just got find the one that fits the lcd you want use.

What is wrong with the cell phone virtual reality viewers that are nothing more then two lenses looking at different halves of the screen?
Compact, cheap, and plenty of resolution with the right phone.

I got a pair of these free with my New York Times subscription. It is made of cardboard.
