Does DC Current have a Frequency ?

It is the aim of AAC to provide a platform whereby members can obtain useful and accurate information on most matters pertaining to electricity and electronics.

Occasionally, opposing opinions are provided which only confuses the member posing the question.
With regards to the meaning of DC and AC, this is an example where context makes a difference.

If we go by the strict definition of DC meaning direct current, then yes, DC can have a frequency just as any varying voltage can have a frequency.

If we go by the frequency spectrum perspective where DC is referred to as the frequency component at zero frequency, then by definition, DC has zero frequency.

Both terminologies are used in the fields of electricity and electronics . It depends on the context that it is used.
