Can you restate your question, or perhaps supply a schematic of what you are asking about? "Lower current frequency" is not a property of a transistor.

Is that frequency response of a low level signal? Frequency-Gain characteristic? Then is his answer yes, yes, yes and the capacitances of the transistor?

Bipolar transistors have inherent gain-bandwidth that depends upon the internal transistor design. This cannot be changed for a particular transistor.
In a circuit, input and output impedances, as well as operating current also affect the frequency response.
