L6809Which component?
C6049? capacitor
L6089? inductor
LD3101? LED
LD3102? LED
???It's a 1 µH inductor wound on what is probably ferrite in a semi-shielded design. It might be a powder core material. There are several characteristics that might be important that are hard to tell visually, even with the part in-hand.

No your assumption is wrong because there is only LED pcb trace.looks like it WAS a bridge rectifier
This is 1micro Henry inductor and it’s outer ferrite material is cracked and damaged. Also two SMD LEDs missing in board.View attachment 146699 This smd blew on my vehicle instrument cluster and I need to find a replacement
Thanks
Yes you are right C6108 looks forcibly removed.C6108 also appears to have been forcibly removed.
I Think you are referring to L6809. But he's looking for info on LD3101 and LD3102 (as di324 has pointed out.).This is 1micro Henry inductor and it’s outer ferrite material is cracked and damaged. Also two SMD LEDs missing in board.
Beyond correcting the typo to L6089, this seems pretty clear to me.L6809
