It's a 1 µH inductor wound on what is probably ferrite in a semi-shielded design. It might be a powder core material. There are several characteristics that might be important that are hard to tell visually, even with the part in-hand.
The symbol "before" the 1R0 looks like a manufacturer's logo, but I isn't clear enough to tell. The other digits are probably just a date code but might be a series or family number.

LD3101 and LD3102; the circled, missing components that "blew" off of the board.

As I thought this person wants to know Components in circle. If it is a case then I’m sure this would be SMD LEDs missing only.

No your assumption is wrong because there is only LED pcb trace.

This is 1micro Henry inductor and it’s outer ferrite material is cracked and damaged. Also two SMD LEDs missing in board.

 

C6108 also appears to have been forcibly removed.

I Think you are referring to L6809. But he's looking for info on LD3101 and LD3102 (as di324 has pointed out.).
