It's a 1 µH inductor wound on what is probably ferrite in a semi-shielded design. It might be a powder core material. There are several characteristics that might be important that are hard to tell visually, even with the part in-hand.
The symbol "before" the 1R0 looks like a manufacturer's logo, but I isn't clear enough to tell. The other digits are probably just a date code but might be a series or family number.

LD3101 and LD3102; the circled, missing components that "blew" off of the board.

As I thought this person wants to know Components in circle. If it is a case then I’m sure this would be SMD LEDs missing only.
