PLEASE HELP!!!
DO YOU HAVE ANY SPICE MODEL FOR SG3526 ? I CAN NOT FIND ONE !

This is an obsolete part so chances are slim. The manufacturer is probably your only hope, unless a behavioral model would do. You might be able to construct one from a functional block diagram.
ETA: Would the LTC3526.asy in the Power Products subfolder be an acceptable alternative?
No. Same number, but different part.
ETA(2): I looked at the OnSemi datasheet and I think it should be possible to make a behavioral model. Verifying that it represents what the chip would do would take some effort, however.
