Okay. The “reason” for it is because the firmware coder was pretty stupid.Hi Bob. The 350F shows as default temperature when pressing 'bake', it does not start heating when pressing 'start' after.
'Bake ---> [ shows 350F ] ---> Start' [does not start.]
'Bake ---> [ shows 350F ] ---> change temperature with - or + any amount ---> Start' then starts heating. [ If 350F is desired, go back to 350F with - or + ]![]()
