How can i design a dissipation factor capacitor meter for 1.5nf and less capacitors?

 

Niceh26 that's a lot of work to design and build your own lcr meter when you can buy good new ones for like $100 from reputable distributor like Jameco or manufacturer like PEDL

 

yes of course but design and build lcr meter is my last university project for graduation.
