Disable motion control on outside LED security/floodlight?

Trying to light up a small roadside sign for my friend’s restaurant. It has a little angled roof, about 2’ by 3’. I’d like to place a light underneath to highlight the sign during early evening hours (only open til 8pm) so battery life shouldn’t be an issue.
Hoping to place the collector on top of the roof and the light module underneath. Is it feasible I can omit the motion feature on a cheap LED fixture so only the dusk-to-dawn feature works? (Not finding exactly what I’m wanting on Amazon and such)
Many thanks again.

OK, and an interesting consideration, since the TS has sort of implied that the lighting would be battery power. Even with LED illumination it is probable that battery recharging will require more than a small solar array can provide. At least as I see it.

I have not seen a battery powered motion sensor light offered.

The very simplest scheme to disable the motion sensor would be a piece of opaque tape over the motion sense opening. Of courseoften the two circuits are combined, sharing many common components. So it might get complicated.

Thanks again guys for your input. Let me explain a little better…
Our dear family friend has a little restaurant beside the highway in our rural area. She’s had a wooden sign close to the road about 15’ back, and about 50 feet from the corner of her building. No power to it and too difficult to get power there. I thought one or two LED floodlights dusk to dawn could light it up for about 2-3 hours—until around closing time.
So I was thinking at hacking a HF battery light I have, but it has that motion sensor, plus it stays dim until motion brightens it up.
I’ve been searching Amazon and the like and there are thousands to choose from. I may have found one or two I think would be feasible…
”Collector” yes, is the solar panel. I have two left over from two other failed lights at home. Thy are sized at about 6x8 or similar.
Last night I found a couple landscape solar lights (3 bucks). Just piddling—thinking I might replace the built in small panel with one of these larger ones, that have a long cable. I can mount these on the surface of the little gabled roof that is positioned over the sign, and then mount the LED portion underneath to shine onto the sign.
