direct burial cat5 with 18x2 conductor.

does anyone know or has used direct burial with 18x2 attached? similar to coaxial siamese with 18x2 attached.
My company installs lots of IP cams along with 30w speakers for annunciating. Currently we are running cat5 burial along with
a separate 18x2 shielded wire.
