Dear
I am looking forward for diodes that start conduction on specific voltage linke 2.3 V, 2.7 V, 5 V etc. If any one can help me please let me know.

Zener diode in reverse bias. You could create a configuration where the diode circuit will not conduct in one direction but only conduct in the other direction. And when it conducts it would be in reverse biased mode at the voltage level you choose.

I can see two diodes, maybe a shottky in series (to prevent reverse conduction), connected to a zener diode in series in reverse.

hi,
Regular silicon diodes are ~0.7V at conduction, germanium ~ 0.3V
Have you considered using Zener diodes.?
What is the application.?

Can you please let me know any zener diodes having reverse biased voltage of 2.4 V and greater.

Different colored LEDs have different forward voltage.

To get an arbitrary voltage, you can use a comparator to control a switch.
