for the digital starter dersign using nuvoton microcontroller, using t type relay, transformerless supply and for 7 segment dispay for live voltage and current display, I have prepared bock diagram. so kindly check and suggest whether any modification is required or not for its best performance

Why are you sensing/measuring the mains voltage? If the mains fails then your micro loses its supply and won't be able to measure, control or display anything.
Is this a school/college assignment?
What is the starter intended to start? Certain loads might require sophisticated safety features.

what about nuvoton microcontroller part number???? N76E003 would be ok or any other better nuvoton microcontroller????

 

I would think almost any modern microcontroller would suffice for this project.
