I found this circuit below from a research paper and been trying to simulate it without success. The circuit is about measuring capacitance values of the Femto range.





Please give your suggestion so that I will be able to measure the capacitance of a very small value.

Yes it's an IC design mostly because the application is to use it in MEMS devices locally.

Then you are going to need alot more info. You'll need N/P mosfet model files as well as L/W sizing parameters and supply voltages.
