1. Whats the diff between two?
2. Is it only temperature test? If tempearture goes from 0 to 85C, can industrial grade IC be used in Automotive applications?

Generally parts for automotive use can usually survive greater temperature extremes, wilder fluctuations of input voltage if they are to be connected to the car's electrical system, and in the case of devices with flash and EEPROM memories retain their data longer under extreme environmental changes.
