for my project i have to design a power supply to drive 36V, 1A solinoid coil. i am using 48 solinois coils. please give ur suggestion.

 

You are driving Qty 48 coils? Or 48V coils?

And you have to build a 36V 1A power supply. How do these two pieces of information relate?

 

I think he wants to drive 48 coils 36V @ 1A each. Is the 36V AC or DC?

 

Will all solenoids be activated at the same time, if so then current capacity of the power supply must be X the number of solenoids.
