Hello, I am working on a prototype misting unit for pest control.

My Goals:
Control a 120v pump for high pressure misting
Control a 12v injection pump for pest control
Flow control to stop the process if the pest control run's out
Calander for date and time setup
Temperature so if it's not right to spray it won't base on weather
Hook up to WIFI to set up an APP so to see the progress on your phone
Be able to send automated emails when pest control is running low or issues

Since you are still at the prototyping stage, i.e. proof of concept, you may want to use off-the-self components for now.
Omega 2 is one option. Another option is ESP32.
