Design of active protection against hackers of bio/medical RFIDs

Dear all,
I want to build a portable 9V device that over the range of 3 meters blocks any RFID spying device targeting humans and animals.
The way i want to implement it is through a 125-134,2 kHz noise generator, in a similar way to what done in MHz range e.g. for RF and TVs.
Basically, it consists of a simple device with a L/C tank producing signal according to the well known equation
F= 1/ (2*pi*sqrt (L*C))
I am having difficulties, though, in finding the appropriate components and values, and any advice is appreciated.
