Help on how to design a power supply between the range of 0-24V and current between the range of 0-2A

The help I could give you is, research more about what you need.

Linear or switcher?
Is 2A nice to have or needed? Would 1.0A or 0.5A work?

If you are going for linear, do you have a 50W heat sink if you need 2V at 2 Amps?
