All reasonable options. Over the years, the DER-EE DE5000 has been an excellent and reasonably priced option according to several reports on the internet.

I have a Reed 5001 that is as capable but more expensive than the DE5000 (got from my dad a year earlier than the release of the DE5000).

It works very well, despite not having the 4-wire measurement capabilities (the DE5000 has it) - this feature helps getting more accurate Q and D factor measurements, but even the 2-wire can get accurate enough results to verify components for repair or general low frequency electronics. One important factor to measure <100pF capacitors accurately is to have 100kHz measurement frequency - this helps differentiate between a 33pF and a 27pF, for example.

One thing I learned over the years of using the LCR is that probing is extremely important, especially if you need to measure SMD parts or compare or triage several parts. Not only making sure the probes are clean but, over the years, I built a number of small fixtures to allow measuring parts with some degree of repeatability. I even re-purposed multimeter probes by shortening them and putting high quality alligator clips to repeatedly measure through hole parts.

A quick search on Aliexpress revealed that many other brands jumped the LCR bandwagon - one from a brand reputable for manufacturing a wide variety of meters released this one that looks interesting.

Good luck in your decision!
