debugging Bluetooth messages between mobile device and ESP32

Hi All

I am using the ESP32 with the BluFi Stack. I am able to configure my ESp32 using the Espressif "BluFI App", I would like to be able to do the same using my own App, but this I am not finding the documents very helpful.

Is it possible to some how see the services,characteristics and databytes using some type of debugger on my Andriod Phone? This way can see the message needed.
