Hello guys.
So i have a school homework to do. The problem is to solve this circuit:

My problem is that every method i use, initial condition uc(0) that i get is equal to 25V, so the result i'm getting is that there won't be any transient state
(du/dt is 0 after opening the switch if uc is equal to E).

Am I doing some mistake here?

Thanks for help :)

Why do you think it's a mistake?

Does it make sense that we could choose the components value such that the two sides of the circuit would be in balance with the switch open so that there's no voltage across the switch? If there's no voltage across the switch when it's open, what would happen when we close the switch?

If it makes sense that this is possible, then all that's left is to confirm whether or not this circuit satisfies the conditions needed to make this the case.
