Have a small dc motor on a pasta cutter it has a 24vac to dc invertor and pot controlling speed. When I put my voltmeter on the motor control board I get dc voltage but the minute I connect the dc motor I read 0 and motor does not spin? I have tested motor by connecting directly to a battery and it works?
