Do you really mean "reset" button and you expect the four set points to change by themselves?
Or do you mean "push button" that causes the change from set1 to set2, ... Each time the button is pressed?

So you want a circuit with one button and one LED, dual red and green.
Push the button once the green LED comes on. Push it again the red LED comes on. Push it again the red LED blinks. Push it again and they are both off. Is that right?

How about something like this?
The blinking part I have built but not the whole circuit.
(edited to add ...)
Oops, there is no "off".
Change, output "0", not connected. Output "1" green. Output '2' red. Output "3" blink. Output "4" reset.reset.

I think he means he had another idea about two weeks ago and decided that idea was easier than this one.
