DC Component in Two-switch flyback converter transformer voltage waveforms?

Hi All,

I am testing out the two-switch flyback converter for my 3kV@200mA, 6kV@10mA DC/DC converter. I am having one significant issue with the converter in that there seems to be some kind of DC component in the transformer secondary windings waveforms, which eventually will dissipate. Furthermore, the voltage on the upper two windings begins smaller than that of the lower two windings, which also eventually settles down and they become closer to identical. I am unsure what is happening, something I've not seen before. See photos attached. Can any one suggest why this happening and a possible fix?
Note that I am doing some experiments with changing the inductance of the transformer windings but the problem seems to persist regardless.
