hi can u help me to design a d flip flop with different operations of S1 S0..
here are the operations.
S1 S0 Register operation
0 0 parallel load
0 1 if content is perfect number or prime multiply
by 4 else rotate right
1 0 if content has # of 1's greater than 3, decrement by 3
else increment by 2
1 1 if content's 9(r-1)'s complement has even parity and
composite graycode to binary else no change
