Can somebody help me to find this module's datasheet or Schematic?
there Are 3 pins

RXD
RXD-
TE

can somebody explain me what are those? Please.

You could try to measure if -RXD and GND are connected (Ohmmeter). If so GND (-RXD) can be connected and will be the reference for the output signal. If not I suggest you contact the manufacturer and ask them how to hook it up. The TE pin is obviously not used for normal operation.

Btw, it's for OOK modulation.
