Now a days somany devices are available for making a Charger for Industrial use.
out of which som are voltage controlled and some are current controlled,
so my question isout of both which kind of mathed is better for all aspects of the Industrial uses, like Battries Chargers.. etc

Good battery chargers generally have a constant-current mode for the initial charge, and then a constant-voltage mode for the top-off charge.
