I think schematic is correct only we need to add one gain resistance in - terminal of Op-Amp w.r.t. GND.Are you sure about your schematic?

Note that your circuit drives the non-inverting input of the opamp more negative than the opamp's ground terminal. Most opamps don't like that.
Because your ground point is to the right of your current-sense resistor instead of to the left of it.I still do not understand this - why ?
