I have just installed an after market cruise control on my vehicle.
The cruise control device (Command AP60B) is designed to disengage at very low speed.
The speed at which the CC disengages varies for each vehicle determined by the VSS output.
On my vehicle the CC disengages at 55 kph.
This is a far to high speed.
One of the reasons for installing the CC was to navigate the urban 40 kph zones and avoid involuntary donations to the police.
I need it to remain active at 40 kph.
My guess is I need to put something between the VSS and the CC that increases the frequency of pulses from the VSS.
An increase of 50-100% would be fine.
How can I do this?
