Hello guys.
I am trying to build 800W PF (interleaved CrM) based on UCC 27060 chip by TI.
First i just want to make the same converter as shown in datasheet:
http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ucc28060.pdf

But i am really confused about inductor values and core selection.
Since my converter must provide 800Wof power at full load, calculated inductance of both inductors is 127uH.
I have also red about inductors used in pfc.
Sometimes it is better to use E cores (with gap), sometimes toroids (Kool Mu or MPP).
Why?
Which is better for my application?
