count sequence/ modulo-18 counter

Hi there,

I actually got stuck with these two questions, so if somebody can help me with them, i'd appreciate that :)

1- A counter has a count sequence of 0, 22, 49, 353, 1, 5, 0, 22, 49, …. Can this counter be implemented in a PAL16R8? (Justify your answer)

2- Show a schematic for a modulo-18 counter made out of cascaded 54HC162 counters.
