Hello everyone,

I have just finished the schematic for a SiC MOSFET inverter and I would like to ask for some feedback.

The schematic is attached as a PDF. This is a personal project, and I’m still learning, so I would really appreciate it if you could take a look and let me know if you notice any mistakes or things that could be improved.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome, especially if something looks wrong or risky. I’m mainly looking for general feedback rather than a very detailed analysis.

Thank you very much for your time and help.

I connect it with MCU by jumper

The way you have drawn this schematic reflects a PCB design centered point of view, but it's not human friendly.
This is why nobody comments on your design- it's too much work to even sort out what's what.

A better approach is to focus on readability, draw the schematic so the interconnections are clear to the reader, group blocks in order of signal flow,
arrange things so the signals flow from left to right, top to bottom. Draw the signal lines rather than just net labels.

You will get so much more help with an easily readable document.

Just using labels makes is about as hard to follow as a SPICE netlist.
