Yes, it is a round white tube with red ink on one end and black ink on the other. It also has some writing on the white area.

 

It’s got a capacity rating printed on it, so I think @AlbertHall has nailed it.

I assumed the PCB was the integral charge controller torn out of the battery pack. Maybe not.

If it's the type I found, they are not rechargeable.

 

Seems like a 8 mm x 60.0 mm lithium primary cell, rated 1.08 Wattshour.

Your picture has two items in it, so it would be helpful to know which of them "this" refers to.

You might also try Googling the various strings on the packaging. Some of them will lead no where, but using the very first one yields
