Hi to all,

Actually working on project to replace air compressor controller board with aduino.

Need to read pt100 temp sensor range 0-130° ,a i know signal must amplified,so my question is there any way to mod ina219 breskout board to read this sensor?

Thankd

Hello,

When you want to measure the temperature between 0 and 130 °C, the resistance of the PT100 will change from 100 to about 150 Ohms.
To convert the resistance to a voltage, a constant current source could be used.
Keep in mind that putting a current may lead to self heating.

Hello,

As said, a constant current source can convert the resistance into a voltage.
When you connect a constant current source between V+ and the power supply and put V- to ground and replace the shunt resistor with the PT100, you should be able to read the voltage with the INA.
A constant current source of 1 mA would give you voltage range of 100 to 150 mV.
