No I got nothing to say about your area or anything about you. BTW, I don’t know what is W.H.O and what it would mean to Alabama? White House something geez. So don’t follow their side or any side let it be your side, follow what is honest and truth worthy if thats your aim well then you need more intel. Don’t let either side control your knowledge. We can’t know everything unless you already do? I have no idea what your about nor do I care about what your doing, but I do care if someone is deliberately trying to inflame people. Which is why I will report your other post.

Seems they may have had the wrong testing kits.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention botched its first attempt to mass produce a diagnostic test kit, a discovery made only after officials had shipped hundreds of kits to state laboratories.

A promised replacement took several weeks, and still did not permit state and local laboratories to make final diagnoses. And the C.D.C. essentially ensured that Americans would be tested in very few numbers by imposing stringent and narrow criteria, critics say.

The worst possible outcome is that all of us boomers die in a short period and the millennials are forced to take control. That would mean a quick end to modern civilization.

 

Let's suppose the ultimate outcome in the U.S. over the next six months is 5 million dead. Does that warrant "hysteria"? Is it still called hysteria if it's the logical and prudent response?

We're still just entering the S-curve that is typical of pandemics. All we've learned so far is that we cannot seem to effectively contain it. It's too late for that. So no we move forward into the "tough-it-out" phase. Time will tell. Could be a nothing-burger, could kill millions.

The sad part is the chinese death flu doesn't hold a candle to HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis. Fatalities in those diseases are often from Pneumonia and Influenza.

Here is another interesting factoid involving the 1920 Spanish Influenza Pandemic in the US.


Bottom line is there are a lot of things that can kill you but the press is going nuts over one very small piece of the problem. Unless you are already burdened by other health problems coronavirus is not the biggest problem we face.
