This is more of a question than chat...

Would someone know how I can increase my phone ringing function? Suddenly the ringing volume fell down to hardly audibly. Panasonic member gave me a little formula (I forget now) but it increased ONLY the talking voice, NOT the ringing...When I explained to them, they kept giving me the same formula.

This is my phone type:

Panasonic corded KX-TG4773B and 3 cordless handsets (not using handsets now, need batteries)

Usually there is a dial (or a setting in the setup menu) used to change the ring volume.

 

I found a manual at ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg4771_mul_om.pdf. Page 14, right hand side gives you instructions for changing the ringer volume. Note you must use the up/down buttons WHILE The PHONE IS RINGING.
