How about this 12V, 2.8Ah, li-ion battery with charger?
That should give you near 12 hours of operation.
(It also has a 5V USB output to charge/run your cell phone).

I have a feeling this may be an extremely newb-like question but does it not matter that this pack is 12v and the generator's description says it needs 15v?

That's where that boost converter comes in. Your device might run just fine on 12V but there's no way to know unless you could get a reply from the manufacturer. The boost converter can take a variable 12V input and deliver a regulated 15V at the output. Do you need it? We don't know. It's cheap, if you do.

Doesn't that power bank I posted have a built-in regulator? I need everything to be as plug and play as possible. It has a little switch on the side to select 15V. I'm only assuming that is regulating the voltage.
