Convert pole-placement feedback control to PID control

Hello,
I have implemented this paper quadcopter model and pole placement controller using MATLAB (Files are attached below). Now I want to convert PP controller to PID controller, I have tried several thing but failed, can anyone guide me on how I can do this?
Model is built on MATLAB r2018a.
