If you gave us a meaningful schematic, we could.

 

And we are supposed to know what a ' L&T Make MRG2 ' is how??

 

Google it? It's a single-phase bore hole pump apparently but not found any schematic etc., so none the wiser.

Probably could use an SSR but since it seems to have a fancy controller I'd say leave it alone.

My searches say it’s a fancy box with basic internals.
